2 – About us
Shopline is a company exclusively selling products over the internet. We have various online shops that sell different products across Europe.

3 – How to shop
Shopping on Shopline's homepage could not be easier. Choose the product you want and click "Add to basket". When you have selected all of the items you want, go to the check-out. Here you will be asked to enter all of your information in a clear and easy format.
You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

For payment by credit card, enter the card information for the credit card that you wish to pay with.

We accept the following credit cards:
• VISA
• Eurocard/Mastercard
• VISA Electron
• JCB

We process payments using an approved Danish PBS SSL gateway. The money is taken from your account once your items have been sent from our warehouse.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, just select this option when you enter your delivery information. When you have approved your choice to pay by bank transfer, you will immediately be sent an email with information about payment.

4 - Shipping

All goods on www.Sensiwhite.com include shipping. You will therefore not be charged shipping costs with your order.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postal service will deliver a delivery note to your post box or elsewhere. Take this delivery note to your local post office to claim your undelivered items. If you would like the package to be delivered to a particular place, e.g. in the garage, when you are not home, you can write this in the comments field when you place your order. We will then write your message on the package. We cannot guarantee that the postal service will follow these instructions and we will not be held responsible if your package is not in the requested location when you return.

5 - Delivery
We delivery goods as quickly as possible and send packages out every day. All orders placed before 4:00 pm are normally sent the same day and will therefore be received the next following day, however, it may be the case that the Royal postal service takes longer to deliver. International deliveries normally take 4-5 days.

6 - Back orders
If items are out-of-stock we will deliver them as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with the expected delivery date, asking you to decide whether you wish to wait for the items or cancel your order.

7 - Complaints and the right to exchange items

Complaints or requests for an exchange must be made within 14 days. You must pay the shipping costs to return items, Shopline will pay shipping costs for sending replacement items.
Goods may not be used or opened if you have complained about your purchase or requested a replacement as they are personal products requiring unbroken packaging. If you wish to return items, the packaging must not be broken as this considerably reduces the value of the item and it cannot be resold.
In the case of refunds, we transfer the full amount to you as soon as we have received the returned item and assessed whether it has been used or not. If you return a used item we will not give you a refund and we will send the item back to you. In this case, you will be held responsible for the shipping costs incurred. We would ask that you enclose a note in the return package or send us an email with the account number that the refund should be paid into.

8 - VAT
All prices include 19% VAT.

9 – Security when paying online:
Shopline uses an approved European payment gateway supplied by e-pay.dk (electronic bank) via SSL-encrypted transmission of account information and amounts.
